I/We hereby apply for a credit facility with Musallam Trading. This application no way guarantees the automatic approval of credit facility and Musallam Trading has the right to approve or refuse the credit application. I/We agree to accept the amount and period of credit extended by Musallam Trading and understand that the facility will be subject to change. Subsequent to the approval of credit facility, Musallam Trading reserves the right to discontinue or reduce the facilities extended without attributing any reasons thereof and agree to settle all outstanding amounts within the specified period irrespective of whether or not the facility continues for future transactions.
